How to eat Hiroshima Okonomiyaki

We were so excited to eat Okonomiyaki in Hiroshima.

 I especially like to eat them on the hot sizzling iron plate with using the iron spatula.

 It was so hot that my daughter burned her tongue.

 Umm… you need a little technique when you eat Okonomiyaki.
